In school my class went to the soccer clinic we played soccer games and at the end we put the balls back in the bag.

Maths Hour Time Follow Up
My Reflection
I was learning to understand 24 hour time and write the time in numbers (digital) and words.
In this activity I had to try to read the 24 hour time and write it as a digital,words and write if it was PM or AM.
I think achieved this activity because I have written the digital the time words and PM or AM. My next steps in learning time are to try to understand more about time and to work on PM times.

My Persuasive Speech - Junk Food Should Be Banned
My Reflection: I was learning to write, plan and present a persuasive speech. My success criteria were: - I have an introduction, conclusion, and three paragraphs each giving a reason to support my main argument - each of my paragraphs are at least three sentences long - I have researched and included facts to back up my argument - I speak loudly and clearly to my audience - my speech is between 2 and 3 minutes long I think I achieved my success criteria because I did research about facts to back up my speech,I speak loudly and clear to my audience.
Next time I write or present a speech I will need to work on making my speech at least 2 or 3 minutes long. I think I did well at speaking clearly when I was saying my speech.
Tui/Kakapo Don't Come Knocking Here - Readers Theatre
My reflection:
I was learning to read aloud with expression.
My success criteria were to:
- read with a loud, clear voice
- change my voice depending on the punctuation
- hold my book so that the audience can see and hear me clearly
I think I achieved my success criteria because I did read loud and clear,change my voice when I was speaking and hold my book in front of me so the audience could hear me.
Next time I do a reader's theatre performance I will work on speaking a little louder when I talk.
I think I did well at saying my words clearly and not to get nervous.

My Reflection WALT find and summarise information in nonfiction texts by skimming and scanning.
In this activity my task was to read the story and answer the question by skimming and scanning the story when I needed to answer the question.
My success criteria were:
- I check in relevant sections of the text, paying attention to diagrams and photos
- I read the first sentence and last sentence of paragraphs to quickly to work out the main idea I know that I was successful in this activity because I had answered the questions correctly by skimming and scamming the text.
My next step in my Reading is to give more detail to my writing.

Hockey Skills
I learned how to do some hockey skills I had lots of fun my favourite thing was playing number hockey.
My next steps are to practice being goaly for number hockey.

My Reflection:
I have been learning to compare a traditional and fractured fairytale.
I found this easy because I was able to remember what happened in the fractured fairytale and the traditional one.
In this activity I had to I had to compere both of the fairytales and write the different bit about it and the same in the middle.
My next steps in my writing are to be writing more detail and describing words.

Choosing The Most Efficient Strategies
My Reflection
I was learning to choose the most efficient strategy to solve addition and subtraction problems.
In this activity I had to use strategies to complete the qustions but I didn understand the secoud strategie.
I found this hard because I didn´t know the second strategie so I didn´t finish.
My next steps are to ask for help when I don´t know something.

My Reflection WALT answer a range of comprehension questions. In this activity I had to skim and scan to fill in the questions. I found this easy because when I saw a question I will quickly skim and scan for the information. My next steps are to try to skim and scan a get all the info so I don´t have to look for the answer again.

Matariki Acrostic Poem

My Reflection
I found it tricky to write a letter for every word because I had to think about a new thing for each letter my next steps are to think about some thing new in my head so I don´t wast time.

Measurement

I found it a little hard because it was hard to measure my body length and my arm length.I will try to go home and learn about measurement so it is easier.

The 100 Word Challenge
I was walking back from school then I found a scary key it looks so much fun but felt like mystery.When I was about to go home I saw scary blood trails and it led to my house it had nobody there and it looked hunted by scarier things then I could think of.Then I looked at the key hole then I looked at the key it looked scarier now an then... BOOM!!! the front of the house was blown up then I found a under water camber and I was invisibly so I thought only I could see it.
